Remembrance Sunday Events in Bracknell

Remembrance Sunday falls on Sunday, 9 November. Across Bracknell Forest, various events will honor the service and sacrifice of those who defended our freedoms and way of life.

Key Activities

The Royal British Legion's Poppy Shop is open at The Lexicon Bracknell (next to River Island) until Friday, 7 November. Visitors can stop by between 10am and 4pm to purchase poppies.

Giant Poppy Installations

Several large poppies were placed across Bracknell Forest last week and will remain through Armistice Day as a tribute to armed personnel, veterans, and their families.

Remembrance Parade

Bracknell Town Council will host a parade on Sunday, 9 November. It begins at 10:40am outside Princess Square, proceeding through the town center and The Lexicon Bracknell. Residents are encouraged to line the route and pay respects.

Additional Event

On Monday, 10 November, Bracknell Town FC will play Didcot Town in the Bucks and Berks County Cup at the SB Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:45pm.
