PennDOT Road Work in Delaware County
For the week of November 2, 2025, PennDOT has announced road work in Delaware County.
Upcoming Meeting on Chichester Avenue Roundabouts
A live virtual public meeting will be held on November 12 to discuss the construction of two roundabouts at the ramps to Interstate 95 in Upper Chichester Township.
- Reconstructing and converting existing intersections into single-lane roundabouts at Chichester Avenue and the I-95 South on-ramp and Pleasant Avenue.
- Reconstructing and converting existing intersections into single-lane roundabouts at Chichester Avenue, the I-95 North off-ramp, the I-95 North on-ramp, and Johnson Avenue.
- Installing intersection lighting, reconstructing sidewalks and ADA curb ramps, improving drainage, and constructing stormwater management facilities.
The department encourages the public to attend the live virtual public meeting, which begins at 7 p.m.
