Old Mission Wineries Propose Settlement to Peninsula Township
The Wineries of Old Mission Peninsula have proposed a settlement offer to Peninsula Township, aiming to end litigation.
"We’re ready to work together for a lasting solution," say the wineries.
According to a press release, the proposal was submitted on October 30, after months of waiting for meaningful engagement.
"This is not about winning or losing. It’s about doing what’s right for our community,"says Chris Baldyga, vineyard owner and WOMP spokesperson.
The wineries hope this proposal will provide a clear and fair path forward for both sides.
