French Bistro in Uptown Earns Michelin Star Two Months After Opening
Mamani, a French and Italian-style bistro, has earned a Michelin star just two months after opening.
Executive chef and partner Christophe De Lellis, who spent over a decade cooking at Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas, led the restaurant to this achievement.
The Michelin star was awarded at the second Texas guide ceremony on October 28 at the Wortham Theater Center in Houston.
