Man Dead After Shooting at Smoke Shop in NW Miami-Dade
A man has died after being shot at a Northwest Miami-Dade smoke shop, prompting a search for the shooter.
Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office deputies and Fire Rescue units responded to a call of a shooting at a smoke shop near Northwest 27th Avenue and 46th Street, just before 6 a.m.
Upon arrival, deputies found a man who had been shot multiple times. Paramedics rushed the victim to Ryder Trauma Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Detectives investigated the scene, speaking to at least two people and collecting evidence, including shell casings.
Authorities are searching for the gunman responsible.
