Scott Woods Keeps the Peace
Scott Woods, one of Canada's finest fiddlers, wasn't "fiddling around" when he asked former musical collaborators to join him on his upcoming Christmas tour.
A request was made to Gary and Nadine Boles, fellow Fergus, Ont., products who have worked with Woods on several albums and joined him on the road in the past.
They are long retired and living the good life, travelling in the big motorhome
Woods said this during a recent phone interview with The Sault Star, explaining that vocalist Naomi Bristow was unavailable for the tour due to recently giving birth.
The Boles, however, didn't take Woods' request seriously at first.
Woods' Christmas tour will include stops in Sault and Bruce Mines.
