Family Focused Yoga is offering Sound Bath: A Mystical Halloween Journey, on Friday, October 31st from 7:30–8:30 PM at The Farmington Grange.
The cost is $10, with optional props available for $1 each, including yoga blankets, mats, eye pillows, and heated rice bags.
In the spirit of the season, this event offers a moment to connect with your energy and spirit, inspired by the ancient idea of a “thinner veil” between worlds, where sound guides your inner journey.
The Halloween Sound Bath Journey is an evening of gentle movement, restorative stillness, and magical sound, designed to awaken your inner energy and invite deep reflection.
The journey begins with grounding movements and breath work to prepare the body for stillness, followed by restorative rest, held by the soothing resonance of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls.
