GIRLS SOCCER: Agnes Irwin Competing Late into the Season After Overcoming Adversity
By Jeremy Goode. Last year's Agnes Irwin team finished in third place in the Inter-Ac behind Episcopal and Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (SCH), with a league record of 8-4.
The 2025 season did not go as planned for the Agnes Irwin soccer team. Before the season started, they lost their two top scorers from last year, Dylan Ohm and Colby Costa to season-ending injuries. Additionally, they lost Carly Barnes, Olivia Rife, and Sam Hillery; all of whom transferred.
The injuries and transfers impacted Agnes Irwin.
It was a great season, one in which Agnes Irwin looked to build off in efforts to improve.
