A 3-year-old Alabama girl, Kionni Haugen, was reunited with her family on October 4 after her mother, Haley Harris, allegedly abducted her and fled to Mexico.
According to investigators, Harris was tracked using her cell phone data. However, when Mexican officials refused to release Kionni back to the United States, lawmakers intervened to facilitate the reunion.
