Former Ambassador Nathi Mthethwa will be buried in a Special Official Funeral at his homestead in KwaZulu-Natal.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has granted Mthethwa a special official funeral category 2 and is expected to deliver the eulogy for the former Cabinet Minister.
Mthethwa died two weeks ago after falling from the 22nd floor of a Paris hotel and was repatriated from France on Friday.
The ambassador was transported from eMpangeni to his homestead in KwaMbonambi, KwaZulu-Natal, ahead of his funeral on Sunday.
