According to Antenna, Disney+ had 2.18 million sign-ups, while Hulu had 2.1 million sign-ups. However, Disney+'s monthly churn rate jumped from 4% to 8%, and Hulu's increased from 5% to 10%.
An Antenna spokesperson reported estimated cancellation volumes of 3 million for Disney+ and 4.1 million for Hulu, compared to the previous three-month averages of 1.2 million and 1.9 million, respectively.
