Sunday will bring gusty southwest winds and increasing clouds, with highs reaching the upper 70s and winds gusting to 20-25 mph.
A cold front will move through eastern NC Sunday night, bringing some showers that will exit before sunrise Monday.
Next week will be dry and seasonable, with rain remaining scarce and breezy at times.
