Inaugural Great Fall Food Fest comes to Horseheads
Food lovers and local businesses participated in a new event on Saturday at Thorne Street Park in Horseheads.
Dozens of food trucks and craft vendors filled part of the park for the inaugural Great Fall Food Fest, offering a variety of food options, including pizza and Chinese food.
Visitors could sample food from different trucks and vote on their favorites in various categories.
"Small businesses are the backbone of the community,"
said Lawana Morse, co-owner of Wholesome Wheels, highlighting the event's role in promoting local businesses.
The event allowed food truck owners to showcase their offerings and connect with the community.
