Johns Hopkins defeated McDaniel 8-0, led by Megan Chang's hat trick and Jenna Halpin's three assists.
Chang scored her first goal with 6:50 remaining in the first quarter, redirecting a pass from Grace Waldeck. Eliza Vander added another goal, tipping in a pass from Grace Nockolds.
Nockolds increased the lead to 3-0 in the second quarter. In the third and fourth quarters, Hopkins scored four goals in 10 minutes, with Chang scoring two goals 24 seconds apart.
Megan Chang sparked the flurry with a pair of goals midway through the third.
