Durango Planned Parenthood Clinic to Reopen
The Planned Parenthood clinic in Durango, which closed last year, is set to reopen on Monday, operating two days a week, on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The clinic was forced to close in September 2024 due to a provider shortage.
Our supporters in Durango are outstanding," said Adrienne Mansanares, CEO of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains. "We've had donors that have jumped in to make sure that we were able to continue paying for the various expenses that are associated with the health center when it's closed.
The local community's efforts were vital in getting the clinic back up and operating, according to the organization.
