Flags to be Lowered at Half-Staff for Late Iowa Senator
Governor Kim Reynolds has ordered all flags in Iowa to be flown at half-staff on October 25th to honor the late state Senator Claire Celsi.
Celsi passed away on October 6th after entering hospice care in September during her battle with a terminal illness.

- Flags across Iowa will fly at half-staff from sunrise to sundown on October 25th.
Governor Reynolds said, "Claire was an impassioned voice for Central Iowa constituents and advocated on their behalf for several years in the State House."
