Governor Kim Reynolds has ordered all flags in Iowa to be flown at half-staff on October 25th to honor the late state Senator Claire Celsi.
Celsi passed away on October 6th after entering hospice care in September during her battle with a terminal illness.
Governor Reynolds said, "Claire was an impassioned voice for Central Iowa constituents and advocated on their behalf for several years in the State House."
