The door is open to Kyler Murray handling quarterback duties, however, it is unlikely. Jacoby Brissett is expected to start, as first reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Jeremy Fowler.
Brissett has made appearances this season, but has yet to make a start. Murray was limited in practice on Friday after missing two days due to a foot ailment, a version of a Lisfranc injury, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
As things stand, however, it is unlikely that [Kyler Murray] will be the case.
