5-Year-Old Girl Beaten by Group of Kids
An investigation is ongoing in Ohio after a mother reported her 5-year-old daughter was beaten, assaulted, and scalped.
According to the police, the suspects are under the age of 10.
"I literally saw the worst thing ever! I saw my daughter unrecognizable,"
said Antavia Kennibrew, the mother. She found her daughter after dropping her off at a family member's home in Cleveland on September 13.
The 5-year-old girl had walked out of the house and was allegedly beaten by a group of kids. When Kennibrew found out, she rushed to the scene and saw EMS treating her daughter several blocks away.
"My daughter was not my daughter. Her hair was scalped from her head."
Kennibrew described her daughter as bubbly and sweet, but after the incident, she was unrecognizable.
