Stolen Firearms Recovered in KwaMbonambi

Following a tip-off, KwaMbonambi police arrested a man found in possession of an unlicensed firearm during a police operation at Nhlabane Reserve.
- A 9mm pistol with serial number T6368/17BL017432 was seized.
- One magazine and three live rounds were also found.
It is alleged that the firearm was stolen during a house robbery at Nhlanzini Reserve near KwaMbonambi on 27 July last year.
An adult female was sleeping when armed unknown males entered, demanding safe keys and taking the firearm and a shotgun with serial number U217-11505.
