Ellen Greenberg's Death Ruled Suicide Again

According to documents, the Philadelphia medical examiner has once again ruled Ellen Greenberg's 2011 death as a suicide.

Attorneys for the Greenberg family confirmed that the medical examiner's office made this determination after reexamining the case, which was part of a settlement agreement with the city of Philadelphia earlier this year.

"Simon's so-called 'independent review' of Ellen Greenberg's death is a deeply flawed attempt to justify a predetermined conclusion."

Joseph Podraza Jr., the attorney for the Greenberg family, expressed his disagreement with the new review by Dr. Lindsay Simon, the city's chief medical examiner.

Author's summary: Ellen Greenberg's death ruled suicide again by PA medical examiner.
