WWE Releases Wes Lee and Others
Former NXT North American Champion and Tag Team Champion Wes Lee has been released by WWE, along with several other wrestlers.

Additional releases include Wes Lee, who had been with WWE since 2020. Lee held the NXT North American Championship from October 2022 to July 2023, the second longest reign in the title's history.
Lee also held the NXT Tag Team Championship twice alongside Zachary Wentz (Nash Carter) as MSK in 2021 and 2022, and was the leader of High Ryze with Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe.
Wes Lee's release is among several publicly announced departures from NXT today.
