Man Arrested for Allegedly Sending Inappropriate Texts to Minors
A 69-year-old man from Juelsburg, Colorado, Franklin Martin, was arrested on October 10th for allegedly sending inappropriate text messages to minors.
The Mesa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) made the arrest after parents found inappropriate text messages on their teen’s phone.
- Martin was booked into the Mesa County Detention Facility on charges related to the incident.
Officials ask anyone who had contact or knew someone who had contact with Martin to call the non-emergency dispatch at (970) 242-6707.
The MCSO believes there may be other victims and the case is currently under investigation.
