Samira Wiley and Jin Ha Join Broadway Cast of Proof
Emmy and SAG Award winner Samira Wiley will make her Broadway debut this spring alongside Grammy Award nominee Jin Ha in the first Broadway revival of David Auburn’s Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning play Proof.

Wiley and Ha join previously announced stars Ayo Edebiri and Don Cheadle for this strictly limited 16-week engagement. The production will be directed by Tony Award winner Thomas Kail.

Performance Details
The revival runs at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45th Street) beginning Tuesday, March 31, 2026, with the official opening night on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on November 6 at 10 AM ET.
Samira Wiley’s Recent Work
A Juilliard graduate, Wiley recently appeared on the London stage in The Donmar Warehouse’s production of Lynn Nottage’s Intimate Apparel after starring in the National Theatre’s Blues For An Alabama Sky. Off-Broadway, she featured in the 2016 production of Daphne’s Dive at Signature Theatre.
