“It’s Not Just a Game”: Sens Skills Returns

Ottawa, November 6, 2025 – The annual Sens Skills competition, featuring Ottawa Senators players competing in a fun-filled day of family activities, is back. This year’s event will be held at Canadian Tire Centre on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 1 p.m., sponsored by CAA North & East Ontario (CAA NEO).

Competition Format and Events

The high-energy contest divides the Senators players into two teams to compete head-to-head in various skill challenges, including:

Additionally, four "Junior Draft" players will join their hockey heroes on the ice, including athletes from the PWHL’s Ottawa Charge.

Event Details and Community Impact

Doors open at 12 p.m. at Canadian Tire Centre. The event is not only a showcase of skill but also supports the Senators Community Foundation.
