Remembering ‘irreplaceable’ startup founder and connector Philippe Brégeon

Remembering Philippe Brégeon

Friends and family pay homage to the late entrepreneur's hardworking nature and passion for bringing people together.

Philippe Brégeon was a serial entrepreneur and networking organizer, known for his planning and connector skills.

“The Mona Lisa wouldn’t normally be romantic,” said Christina Reed, “but Phil made it romantic.”

Brégeon met his wife Christina Reed over a decade ago in Paris, and their relationship was marked by adventure and connection.

Tragically, Brégeon died unexpectedly in late August after a scooter accident in DC, resulting in irreversible brain damage.

His organs were donated, with his kidneys and liver going to those in need, and his heart being used for research, according to Reed.

Brégeon often described himself as a “scale-upper”.
