Ottmar Hitzfeld, one of the most respected figures in modern football, has been inducted into the German Football Hall of Fame. The former FC Bayern Munich coach played a defining role in shaping the club’s successful era.

“Being inducted into the German Football Hall of Fame fills me with pride and immense gratitude. Football was and is my life,” said Hitzfeld during his acceptance speech. “I had the privilege of working with exceptional players, clubs and staff. This award also belongs to them.”
