SALT LAKE CITY — Elder Gérald Caussé, originally from France and the former Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, was called and ordained as the newest member of the Church’s Quorum of the Twelve Apostles on Thursday. He was ordained by President Dallin H. Oaks and other leaders of the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
